Anechoic Chamber EPP Absorbing Material is a high-performance microwave absorption solution designed for precision RF and EMC testing environments. Manufactured from closed-cell Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) combined with specialized absorbing fillers, this material delivers excellent broadband microwave absorption while maintaining lightweight structure and long-term mechanical stability. Unlike traditional foam absorbers, EPP absorbers offer superior durability, moisture resistance, and flame-retardant properties, making them ideal for permanent installation in anechoic chambers and RF test facilities.
In microwave absorption applications, EPP pyramid and cone absorbers effectively convert incident electromagnetic energy into thermal energy, minimizing reflections and creating a low-reflection testing environment. This is critical for antenna measurements, radar cross-section evaluation, wireless device validation, and electromagnetic compatibility testing. The optimized geometric design of EPP absorbers enables consistent performance across a wide frequency range, including low-frequency bands that are typically challenging for conventional materials.
